1. Invite your participants

2. Dial-in via your chosen access number

• If you do not have your dial-in #s handy, see your Welcome Email or login to
your account via the apps or our website for a complete list of your dial-ins

3. Enter in your Moderator Passcode and follow the prompts.

  • POWER TIP: Are you an Outlook or mobile phone user? Schedule & send out invitations directly from the apps and there is no need to remember your passcodes – simply login once!

Send a text message, email, or even give them a call and just let them know the date, time, dial-in numbers & guest passcode. To send an email with all the guests’ details populated via your installed Apps, click ‘Invite Guests’. App downloads available for the iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry, Outlook & Desktop. Via the Apps, click ‘Dialout’ to call out to your guests in your meeting – no need to wait on that those missing participants to join.

How to record your meeting *22 Click the record icon to start recording your call. Click the record icon again to stop the recording.

Press & Hold  the speaker icon next to your name or the participant name

Press & Hold  the speaker icon next to your name in the ‘Meeting’ Bar.
Mute/un-mute – your line *6 – mute/un-mute Click the speaker icon next to your name or participant name.
Mute/un-mute all participant lines *96 – mute

*97 – unmute

On your desktop/iPad – click the speaker icon in the meeting bar.

On your iPhone/Android – click the ‘Mute All’ button.

Click the speak icon again to un-mute.

End call / Disconnect all lines *93 Close the app and select ‘End Meeting’.
Help menu *1 Click on the ‘?’ at the top right of the meeting and a popup will offer three different options for support: Chat, Phone or the User Guide.

Meeting security:

Security Code on/off *31 Click the ‘Lock’ icon in the ‘Meeting’ bar. Click again to unlock.
Participant Count *91 View a list of participants in the interface
Participant roll call *92 As above – view a list of participants in the interface
Lock/unlock meeting *94 Click the ‘Lock’ icon in the ‘Meeting’ bar. Click again to unlock.

AFTER YOUR MEETING

RECORDING -REPLAY, DOWNLOAD, SHARE

Replay your recording by following the secure access instructions in the recording email received after the conference.

Download your recording by logging into your meeting room console (click your personal meeting room URL). Click on the ‘File Share’ button, then the gear button for the desired recording and download.

Share your recording you can either provide your participants with the replay details or share the downloaded file.
